Lately my weight had been dropping. A month ago I was about 85kg, now I am only 82kg. I think the reason of the weight lost is because of dieting and also stopping of protein shake intake.
Recently I have some health problem and I decided to change my daily diet. Now I had been eating more fruits and vegetables and also exercising regularly:)
I am feeling better now. Even there was a great loss of muscle mass....but I still think it is quite worth it:)
Hope that I could get back in shape soon without the help of protein shake.
